I created a visual identity for a facilities management company that was starting to acquire big clients.
Project summary
AGR Facilities Management was a new company that was starting to get large commercial contracts, but didn’t have a professional brand identity.
They tried DIY solutions but weren’t happy with the outcome, so hired me to create their first identity system that would help them appeal to the companies they were looking to get contracts with.

My design process
I ran a discovery session to define scope of project and client’s goal
Researched visual trends in facilities and property management, and popped it all into a research readout for the client to flick through.
Presented industry insights and created two mood boards with distinct visual directions we could take the project. This made sure the client felt confident I was knowledgable in design styles within their industry, and also made them feel like part of the creative direction process - it makes sure there's no surprises when it comes to presenting concepts later.
I developed and presented two brand concepts, the client was stoked on the outcome and had no amendments!
I delivered a full identity system that will scale with the growth of their business, suitable for use in both print and digital applications. The client was interested in getting some uniforms created, a van stickered up, and they were getting a website developed at the same time as the branding project, so it had to be usable in both scenarios.

Outcome
I created a full visual identity system that could be used in both print applications (invoices, proposals, leaflets etc) and digital use (website, social media). I got the final direction signed off with no changes, which I attribute to the rock solid process I have for creating a brand identity.
